Class Participation

I have been postponing this for a while now. Better late than never.

Class Participation or CP is where people contribute to what is being discussed in the class. And for some courses, there are marks for CP.

Right from Pre-Terms, people started practising for CP.

So, here is a list of CP's from the last week.

Statistics Class - " we can calculate the median of a sample without sorting the numbers by using a function in microsoft excel "

Accounting Class - when there was a talk about depreciation and bad debts - "just because you want to balance the balance sheet, how can you do this madam? "

" How can a Truck be a fixed asset when it can move? "

And now for the latest one. This happened in the Economics class where the discussion was about marginal cost and revenue. The mathematical equation that was used was a single integral. And during the questions session, one guy goes -

" That is a function of a cubic equation "
